Passenger Behaviour - All passengers are responsible for their own behaviour - We will terminate hire if there is any unacceptable behaviour - Chauffeur can refuse entry due to unacceptable behaviour Damages - Passengers are liable for any damage caused interior / exterior - No smoking - No Vapes - No food to be consumed inside the vehicle - No smoke grenades - You may incur additional valet charges for any spillage caused Terms of payment - Full payment must be paid by secure Payment link or Bank Transfer to secure the booking. - We may accept cash to prior agreement. A deposit must be paid to secure booking.
Any remaining balance must be cleared on arrival. - Any agreed overtime must be paid in advance. LuxLane have the right to refuse any bookings without any reasons. Bookings and cancellations - Bookings are subject to prior agreement - Bookings are confirmed once we have received full payment or an agreed deposit amount. - Deposit amount will be agreed at the time of booking - Any over time must be agreed with LuxLane subject to availability - Overtime costs will be mentioned on invoice - Any outstanding balance must be settled on arrival - Any extra requests or alterations may incur an additional charge - You may make a cancellation 5 days prior to the booking without incurring a charge - Any cancellations within 5 days will be charged the deposit - No shows will be charged at 100% - Option to cancel or change date – please note that either one is applicable, and both cannot be applied - Bookings must finish at the final destination at the time specified unless agreed with us.
Performance of LuxLane services We aim to perform our services at the highest of standards, any issues, complaints or praises please do no hesitate to contact us - Our chauffeurs will drive according to their own judgement in relation to the law - Under any circumstances you may not ask our chauffeurs to exceed speed limits or unlawful actions - Unless a route has been agreed our chauffer will choose the most appropriate and efficient route - Upon arrival, we do not take any responsibility for delays stationary or on route to destinations i.e. traffic/road closures Luggage's/ Valuables - We will transport a reasonable quantity of luggage's where the volume or weight does not exceed. - We reserve the right to refuse any property which may cause damage to the vehicle - Under no circumstances luggage's are to be carried in the passenger seats - We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss/damaged goods
